On 15th Feb, 2017 a session was organized at our institute, for introducing the students to ‘QuestionPro’  a website that helps the people in conducting market research or surveys effectively and easily.

As a part of our MBA curriculum, we need to undergo various projects that include primary research and surveys. Keeping this purpose in mind, the session was organized for the students and faculties as well.

Question Pro is an online survey software application/tool that enables us to conduct various types of surveys and includes:

1)  Creating Surveys
One can quickly create online surveys and polls with its intuitive web based software tool. One can create his/her own survey, copy a professionally written survey template, or upload their survey directly from a Word file. With over 30 question types and dozens of color themes, QuestionPro makes it easy to create great looking questionnaires and surveys.

2) Collect Responses
One can reach the customers wherever they are using Question Pro’s survey tools: email system, embedding in your website, creating pop-up and exit surveys, or posting to social networks like Facebook, Twitter, or Google+. QuestionPro surveys look great on mobile devices or tablets, and you can even collect responses offline using our iOS and Android mobile survey app.

3) Analyze Results
Question Pro makes analysis easy with a full set of reporting features such as real-time summary, pivot tables, segmentation tools, trend analysis, and text analytics. One can also export his/her survey data directly to Excel, SPSS, or CSV. It is also easy to share results with formatted Word and PowerPoint reports or by generating great looking infographics.

To understand the actual working, all the students and faculties created their own accounts on the site and created sample surveys. All of us found Question Pro a very effective and helpful tool for various projects. It was really fun working on it.
