Douglas G. Viehland, Executive Director of the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP), USA visited CKSVIM on 5th November, 2014.
Doughlas Viehland interacted with Students and Faculty members of CKSVIM:
In his addressing speech, he emphasized the importance of ACPSP Accreditation for the Institute, Faculty members and students, which makes a remarkable difference in their career. He spoke that ACBSP is dedicated to improving the quality of business schools and programs around the world, and ultimately to improving the practice of business in every industry around the world. ACBSP membership and ACBSP accreditation provide unique opportunities for business schools and institutions to raise the bar in educational excellence. ACBSP members gain valuable credibility, recognition, and positioning in the world marketplace. Only ACBSP provides an accreditation process that is specifically focused on teaching excellence and student learning outcomes, and the resources necessary to support continued growth, professional development, and educational success for the students and the Institution.
For institutions that achieve accreditation for their business schools and programs, this attainment certifies that the teaching and learning processes within that institution meet the rigorous educational standards established by the ACBSP based on Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence in Business and Higher Education worldwide. “This accreditation is evidence of CKSVIM’ commitment to teaching excellence and quality business programs,” said Douglas G. Viehland, Executive Director of ACBSP.
Doughlas Viehland, appreciated the efforts of Dr. Rajesh Khajuria, Director CKSVIM, for his best efforts for the Institute's accreditation process. He also congratulated Dr. Rajesh Khajuria, on becoming as "Honorary Secretary & Treasurer, Region 10 (South Asia -17 Countries) of ACBSP".
